Central Iowa Power Cooperative (CIPCO) announces new leadership roles as part of an organizational restructuring to foster enhanced collaboration and to prepare the cooperative to meet current and future business needs.
Kendra Graves has been promoted to Director, Portfolio Strategy and Planning. Her team joins a restructured Accounting, Finance and Planning department led by Vice President Andrew St. John. Dave Duncan will also join the department as Resource Planning Consultant.
Cheri Monahan has been promoted to Director, Growth Strategies. Growth Strategies staff joins Corporate Communications, creating a new Member Relations department led by Vice President Dawn Sly-Terpstra. As part of this reorganization, Sarah Heggen has been promoted to Communications Content Supervisor and Kerry Koonce will transition to Manager of External Affairs.
Sam Stineman has been promoted to Director, Generation Assets and will continue to develop, direct and coordinate activities involved in the operation and maintenance of CIPCO’s generation facilities and power supply portfolio.
